Swid has implemented a dedicated Firefox plugin to capture all performance information related to Web browsing. Collected information is then processed by our solutions to quickly find out what are the main pitfalls of your web application. In a matter of minutes, you can obtain tips and insights to optimize your web application. Another advantage is that all your tests are recorded, so you can identify graphically and numerically how well you performed when optimizing your application.
This plugin is controlled by a specific API, callable by a Selenium user extension. Using the API, you can control precisely when to record data to optimize if necessary a specific part of your web application.

This appliance acts as an advanced HTTP recorder. It can be installed as a proxy between a client browser and servers delivering the web application. For specific browsers where setting up a proxy is not possible (connected TV browsers for instance), this appliance can be installed to receive a copy of the traffic between clients and Web servers.
When acting as a proxy, this appliance offers advanced simulation functions: it can inject HTTP headers on-the-fly, block or slow-down trafic incoming from specific servers or content-types, NAT routing and trafic throtling. These functions are useful for developers to simulate production environment.
This appliance can be used for Web applications dedicated to desktop PC, TV and mobile devices.
